The slums outside New Vegas, neglected by House and the Three Families. It is still walled off though, and what passes for law is enforced by the King and his posse of Elvis impersonators. It's still part of New Vegas, however; gambling and sin can be found at the Atomic Wrangler, where the Garrett twins rule with an iron fist, and across the street the Silver Rush provides well-heeled wanderers with high tech means of dealing death. Other noteworthy locations include Mick & Ralph's, where almost anything can be had for the right price, and the Old Mormon Fort, where the regional headquarters of the Followers of the Apocalypse is located.
